About the free demo
It is free, and the catch is that it costs you time rather than money: someone in your team has to pull sample data and turn up to the demo. We do it because it is a better use of everyone’s time than a generic sales cycle, and because a client who has seen their own data in iDempiere makes a far better decision than one who has seen a canned demo.
Usually a product master, a business partner list and a month of representative transactions, as CSV or Excel. We will sign an NDA before you send anything. Data is loaded into an isolated instance, and we destroy it on request when the proof of concept ends. If your data cannot leave your network, we can run the proof of concept on a machine you control instead.
